The website's trading name is Karting Benelux. Payments are processed by Mollie.

By registering an account, submitting content or expressly accepting these terms, you enter an agreement with us for the relevant service. Merely viewing a public page creates no payment obligation. For a purchase, the contract is formed when you use the order button and we confirm the order or activation; Mollie's payment confirmation may be required.

You must have legal capacity to enter the agreement. If you are a minor or cannot contract independently, you need a parent or legal guardian's permission and supervision. Anyone acting for a business, organiser or team confirms that they are authorised to do so.

Before ordering, you select the plan, period and renewal, enter billing details and review the price, terms and consents. You can correct entries before using the order button. After payment you receive a status confirmation and, once successfully processed, an invoice. Checkout and these terms are available in Dutch, French and English; you can save or print this page. We record the acceptance time and necessary transaction and invoice data.

• accounts, profiles, favourites, saved-search alerts and personalised distance filters based on city and country;
• Stint Splitter, saved races/drivers/stints and My Season calendars, statuses, budgets, notes and cost sharing;
• organiser applications and tools for submitting and managing public event, lesson and circuit information;
• a restricted BMR team area for rosters, races, costs, results, sponsors and reimbursement records;
• news, transactional communications, optional newsletters and first-party advertising or sponsor listings;

The BMR cost register is not an accounting, payment or money-transfer service. Experimental functions may be limited, incomplete or available only to specified roles.

Subject to your access rights, search and calendar views offer filters including age, price, team size, kart type and distance, plus nearest-first sorting. Distances are approximate and are not route planning. Missing price, age or team information does not guarantee free entry or eligibility; check with the organiser. A saved alert is not a reservation and does not guarantee timely delivery or availability.

The app’s stopwatch, lap summaries and reaction game are practice tools, not official competition measurements. They depend on device clocks and performance. Older local race notes are a read-only archive and are not automatically copied to My Season. Live website features need an internet connection; local tools and bundled guides can work offline.

Unless a specific offer expressly says otherwise, Karting Benelux does not organise, sell or broker a karting activity, ticket, entry, rental kart or insurance. Any event or circuit contract is directly between you and the named organiser or venue.

Information comes from users and public sources. We reasonably review and update it, but times, prices, availability, participation conditions, safety rules and links can change or contain errors. Always verify essential details with the organiser before travelling, paying or participating. Karting carries risks; follow the provider's instructions and age, height and safety requirements.

Provide accurate and current details, use your own account and keep credentials confidential. Report unauthorised use promptly. You are responsible for actions through your account to the extent attributable to you. We may apply email verification, password recovery, session invalidation, rate limits, reCAPTCHA and role checks.

An account or organiser/BMR role is personal and may not be sold, shared or circumvented. We may request proof of authority and refuse or revoke a role if the application is inaccurate, access is no longer required, or security or integrity requires it.

You retain your rights in text, images and data you lawfully submit. For as long as the content is on the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence solely to operate, secure and promote Karting Benelux by hosting, copying, technically adapting, resizing, translating, displaying and distributing it. Reasonable backup and archive copies may remain temporarily.

You confirm that information is accurate, does not infringe rights, you hold necessary permissions, and public contacts know their data will be public. Do not submit special-category data, third-party private details or children's images without a valid basis or permission.

We may review, correct, merge, add source attribution, refuse or remove content for error, staleness, duplication, complaint, risk or breach. This creates no general duty to monitor in advance. Rights holders and data subjects can send a reasoned correction or removal request to info@kartingbenelux.com.

Authorised moderators may perform only the reviews assigned to them. Decisions and corrections are recorded for quality control. Any rewards and claims depend on the displayed conditions and review; an account or review alone does not create an unconditional right to payment.

Harassment, bullying, hate, sexually explicit content, sexual exploitation, graphic violence, threats and privacy violations are prohibited. Use Report and block on a listing, conversation, your profile or the footer to report content or users. Blocking stops new direct Team Finder contact and team invitations between the accounts. It does not erase existing shared team records. Administrators review reports, remove violating content and may restrict accounts. Misusing reports or evading a block is prohibited.

Do not use the service for unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, threatening or harmful content; impersonation; spam; malware; unauthorised commercial scraping; excessive automated requests; circumvention of access, plan or security controls; investigation of personal data outside the offered feature; or infringement of intellectual property, privacy or confidentiality.

Security research must be responsible: avoid accessing others' data, disruption and disclosure before remediation, and report a potential vulnerability through the Responsible Disclosure link in the footer or info@kartingbenelux.com.

Current availability: Bronze is the free base plan. Public purchase of Silver and Gold is not yet open; the upgrade page displays a coming-soon notice. A description of a future plan is not an offer to pay now. Existing or separately assigned entitlements still depend on the active account.

When checkout opens, the features, quotas, advertising terms, period and price shown before ordering apply. See the membership features. Only Gold is ad-free where that is expressly listed as a Gold entitlement; Silver may contain ads.

After upgrade, extra entitlements begin on confirmed activation. After cancellation, expiry, refund or downgrade, lower-plan limits apply. Data above a lower limit may temporarily become read-only or unavailable until you reduce it or upgrade again; it is deleted under the Privacy Policy, not merely because a plan changes.

Where a purchase is offered, only Belgian billing addresses are eligible. Before ordering, checkout shows the selected plan, monthly or yearly period, total euro price including applicable VAT, renewal method and payment method. The invoice separates net, VAT and total. Supply complete billing details; inaccuracies may delay activation or invoicing.

If you select auto-renewal, you authorise Mollie to collect the displayed price monthly or yearly until cancellation. If you turn auto-renewal off, you buy only the displayed one month or one year. Cancelling through the account stops future renewals; access normally continues to the end of the paid period. A failed or reversed payment may delay activation or suspend paid entitlements.

Price changes are not retroactive. For a future automatic renewal, we will notify you in advance of a changed price and you may cancel before renewal. Statutory refund, withdrawal and conformity rights continue to apply.

A consumer may generally withdraw from an online membership contract without giving a reason within 14 days after conclusion. Before the deadline, send an unambiguous statement to info@kartingbenelux.com. You may use this model:

If you expressly ask for the digital service to begin during the withdrawal period and later withdraw, a proportionate amount may be due for what was supplied up to your notice, to the extent the law permits. You lose the right before the deadline only if every statutory condition for an applicable exception is met. Merely activating an ongoing service does not automatically remove every withdrawal right.

We refund the amount due within 14 days after your notice using the same payment method, unless you expressly agree to another free method, less any proportionate amount lawfully due. This is separate from ordinary cancellation of future renewals.

Paid digital services supplied to consumers must conform to the agreement and applicable objective statutory requirements. Report a defect with enough detail to info@kartingbenelux.com. Subject to legal conditions, you are entitled to free conformity within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience and, where that is impossible or not done, a proportionate price reduction or termination and refund.

We may change an ongoing digital service for a valid reason without extra cost where the agreement permits and you are clearly informed. If a change has more than a minor negative impact, statutory information, termination and refund rights apply. These terms do not limit a statutory guarantee.

The service uses or links to providers including Mollie, Google, Plausible, OpenStreetMap, Cloudflare, OpenAI, Have I Been Pwned and social media. Their own terms govern their service. A link or ad is not a guarantee, endorsement or our participation in your contract with the destination.

First-party ad and sponsor placements may record measurements described in the Privacy Policy. We aim to keep ads identifiable. The advertiser is responsible for its offer; report misleading or unsafe material to info@kartingbenelux.com.

Our Privacy Policy describes data, sources, bases, recipients, retention and rights. Our Cookie Policy inventories cookies, local storage and external services. Use Cookie settings to choose statistics and automatic reCAPTCHA loading separately. Accepting these terms, continuing to browse or closing the popup is neither cookie consent nor newsletter consent.

The App Privacy Policy describes local app data and embedded website processing. Account and data deletion instructions explains how to request removal of your account or associated personal data.

Karting Benelux or its licensors' software, design, database structure, original text, marks and logos are protected. Except for a mandatory exception or written permission, do not copy, republish, sell, reverse-engineer or systematically extract them. Ordinary viewing, personal use and sharing a normal page link are permitted.

Marks, images and information of circuits, organisers and advertisers remain their owners'. Send a substantiated infringement notice to info@kartingbenelux.com.

We aim for a secure and usable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, incidents, suppliers, networks, force majeure or abuse can cause interruption. We address reasonable faults as promptly as appropriate and observe statutory conformity for paid services.

We may improve, replace, limit or discontinue free or experimental functions. For paid core functions we respect your agreement and consumer rights and give advance notice of a material adverse change where legally required.

You may cancel a recurring membership through your account and may request account deletion. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically delete the account; deletion does not erase records we must legally retain and may leave public listings with generic attribution as explained in the Privacy Policy.

We may temporarily secure or suspend access for a credible security risk, unpaid order, misuse or breach. A serious or repeated breach may lead to termination after notice and a reasonable chance to respond where appropriate. Immediate action may be needed for fraud, danger, illegality or protecting others. Mandatory refund and redress rights remain.

We are liable under applicable mandatory law for our own contractual failures and wrongful acts. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including intent or, where applicable, gross fault, personal injury caused by our fault, fraud and mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for a decision you base solely on unconfirmed third-party data, performance or safety of an activity by an external organiser, or an external site or payment service outside our reasonable control. You must take reasonable steps to limit avoidable loss. For business users, our total liability for the relevant paid period is limited to the amount they paid for it during the preceding 12 months, except where such a limit is prohibited.

First send a complaint with relevant details to info@kartingbenelux.com; we will try to resolve it within a reasonable time. Belgian law governs. A consumer retains mandatory protection of the country where they habitually live and may bring a dispute before the court competent under applicable consumer rules. For business users, where permitted, courts in the judicial district of our establishment have jurisdiction.

If one term is invalid, the rest remain effective and the invalid term applies to the narrowest valid extent. Failure to enforce a right immediately is not a waiver. We may update these terms; the date at the top identifies the latest version. A material change for an ongoing account or paid contract will be notified in advance or otherwise as legally required and will not apply retroactively without a valid basis.
